Sign Up for FreeRelationships reveal what lies within us – our subconscious patterns, fears, and longings.
Do you sometimes get stuck in negative emotions or overreact – as if something inside you gets triggered automatically and takes over?
At the same time, do you long for true connection and a sense of safe closeness?
Join the FREE WEBINAR with internationally acclaimed psychologist and founder of E-motion Trauma Yoga, Dorothe Trassl, to explore how our childhood experiences and attachment styles shape our current relationships and emotional patterns.

Topics we’ll explore in this session:
🔹 Hidden childhood wounds and how they affect our relationships
🔹 Subtle moments that shaped our need for safety and our attachment style
🔹 Lack of emotional support and becoming your own inner parent – what does that truly mean?
🔹 Understanding your attachment style and creating safer, more connected relationships with yourself and others
What if...
... it’s not only what happened, but also what didn’t happen that profoundly shapes who we are today.
... what we emotionally lacked as children, we can begin to give to ourselves now.
... true intimacy and inner freedom begin with awareness and gentleness toward ourselves.
Come discover how, by reconnecting with your authentic self, a deeper inner healing and transformation in your relationships can begin.
We cannot change the past – but we can release the old baggage within us and discover the fullness of life available to us here and now.
When we learn to truly see, listen to, and hold ourselves, we create the foundation for healthier and deeper relationships – both with ourselves and with others.

Who is Dorothe Trassl?
Dorothe Trassl is a master teacher, psychologist, and the creator of the unique E-motion body and trauma workmethod. She is also an internationally renowned senior trainer with The Journey Method (founded by Brandon Bays), teaching at advanced retreats around the world.
While living in South Africa as a mother of three, Dorothe worked as a therapist and counselor in a non-profit organization, where she encountered heart-wrenching traumas and seemingly hopeless situations on a daily basis. It was there that she began developing techniques to alleviate pain and support deep healing — approaches that reach the body and soul when words and understanding alone are not enough.
Her lifelong passion is supporting people’s healing and empowerment, helping them become agents of change within their communities. Dorothe has always had a special love for women’s group work, guiding empowerment programs designed specifically for women.
In 2007, Dorothe returned to Germany, where she continues her private practice as a coach and therapist, and leads workshops and retreats. Combining her expertise in emotional process work, trauma therapy, shaking, tremoring, and yoga, she developed E-motion, a unique therapeutic approach that helps the body release stored trauma and emotions. She is known for creating customized movement sessions that help groups access and dissolve specific mental and emotional blockages.
Dorothe’s gentleness and compassion create a clear and safe space that allows for profound opening and healing. Her voice carries a sense of stillness, trust, and reassurance — qualities that make it possible to face deep wounds and softly surrender into release.
